The Healing Hearts & Nursing Home Ministry brings the love and presence of God to those who are homebound, in care facilities, or walking through seasons of loss and grief. No one should face their hardest moments alone.
- Regular visits to local nursing homes and care facilities
- Prayer and encouragement for the homebound
- Grief support and pastoral care
- Bringing worship and fellowship to those who cannot attend in person
